Challenges

This project started with strict scope scheduling performed and updated as a project whole on a weekly basis. Auzmet used knowledge and experience from its “sister project” One Bethany to maximize efficiencies. In our role as finishing trade we had to be agile and flexible to adjust as different areas opened and closed. Also, Auzmet had to be sensitive to advance landscaping as trees were imported from across the country and had to be planted immediately.

Summary

Adhering and performing to an accelerated schedule for a client’s move-in date is just as important as the quality of the finish itself, where no sacrifice for quality will be made.
